U.S. Shipping

MIREVALE currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75. Any applicable shipping charges for orders below $75 will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Tracked delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin when the order is handed to the shipping carrier and do not include order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the package.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, please contact us so we can review the available options.
