Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with MIREVALE. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with its original packaging
  • Free from damage, scratches, perfume, makeup, or other signs of wear

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, used, altered, or damaged jewelry
  • Items returned without their original packaging
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the original packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution. When a return is required, MIREVALE will cover the approved return shipping cost.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MIREVALE is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not send an item back until you have received return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After a refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
