What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its exceptional brilliance, durability, and fire. It offers a refined, diamond-like appearance and is suitable for everyday wear.
Is moissanite a diamond?
No. Moissanite and diamond are different gemstones. Moissanite has its own optical properties and is especially known for its strong sparkle and rainbow-like fire.
Will the jewelry look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to represent each piece as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color or appearance may occur because of lighting, screen settings, photography, and normal production variations.
What materials are used in MIREVALE jewelry?
Product materials are listed on each product page. Our current moissanite pieces are made with S925 sterling silver and lab-created moissanite unless otherwise stated.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, water, hairspray, and household chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box, and gently polish it with a soft jewelry cloth after wearing.
Can I wear my jewelry while showering or swimming?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using household cleaning products. This helps preserve the finish and overall appearance of the piece.
How long does shipping take?
Tracked delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Order processing time is not included in this estimate. Please visit our Shipping page for full details.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75. Any applicable shipping charges for orders below $75 will be shown at checkout before payment.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions listed on our Returns page. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Can earrings be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
